We discuss the home buying process and make sure you are pre-approved.

We search for homes that match your criteria & tour homes together until we find "the one".
WRITE AN OFFER
Once you've found the right home, we guide you to put in a strong & competitive offer.
OFFER ACCEPTED
After your offer has been accepted we hit the ground running on all transaction timelines.
INSPECTION PERIOD
Inspections are performed. We negotiate with the seller for any repairs or credits.
APPRAISAL
A neutral party performs an appraisal on the home to ensure you are paying fair market value.
SIGNING
You will sign all final documents and transfer your closing costs + down payment funds.
CLOSING
The new deed is recorded with the county. Time to get your key!
