We recommend a plan and help you coordinate getting your home market ready.
Step 3
HOME GOES LIVE
We will arrange showings, host open houses, and market your home extensively to ensure maximum exposure. 
Step 4
ACCEPT AN OFFER
We work with you to negotiate a contract that offers competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Step 5

INSPECTIONS
The buyer conducts inspections then both parties negotiate & agree on any repairs or credits.
APPRAISAL
If the buyer is utilizing a home loan, an appraiser will determine the value of the home. 
Step 7
SIGNING
Both parties sign their final transaction documents at the escrow office.
Step 8
CLOSING
The new deed is recorded and funds from the sale are dispersed to you. Congrats!
