MEET WITH US
After our initial walkthrough, we discuss the listing process & sign a listing contract.
PRE-LISTING PREP
We recommend a plan and help you coordinate getting your home market ready.
HOME GOES LIVE
We will facilitate showings, hold open houses and market your home across many platforms.
ACCEPT AN OFFER
We work with you to negotiate a contract with competitive price and terms.
INSPECTIONS
The buyer conducts inspections then both parties negotiate & agree on any repairs or credits.
APPRAISAL
If the buyer is utilizing a home loan, an appraiser will determine the value of the home.
SIGNING
Both parties sign their final transaction documents at the escrow office.
CLOSING
The new deed is recorded and funds from the sale are dispersed to you. Congrats!
